In WP3, we develop and evaluate a complex intervention aiming lifestyle and behavioural changes in shift workers - including diet, sleep, and physical activity. - Intervention
The 24-week intervention targets four key areas:- Nutrition
- Sleep
- Physical activity
- Stress management
Delivered through an app, peer group sessions & environmental nudges. - Outcome & Effects
Outcome measures include:- Sleep duration & quality
- Diet quality
- Physical activity levels
- Perceived stress
- Cardiometabolic markers (e.g. BMI, blood pressure, cortisol)
