Development, testing, evaluation of a complex intervention aiming at behavioural changes of shift workers

  • What's its about?
    In WP3, we develop and evaluate a complex intervention aiming lifestyle and behavioural changes in shift workers - including diet, sleep, and physical activity.
  • Intervention
    The 24-week intervention targets four key areas:
    • Nutrition
    • Sleep
    • Physical activity
    • Stress management
    Delivered through an app, peer group sessions & environmental nudges.
  • Outcome & Effects
    Outcome measures include:
    • Sleep duration & quality
    • Diet quality
    • Physical activity levels
    • Perceived stress
    • Cardiometabolic markers (e.g. BMI, blood pressure, cortisol)
