The expert has a long lasting experience at the interface of scientific research and practical implementation in 24/7 industries, with a specific focus on sustainable employability, fatigue risk management, and health promotion among shift workers.
Additionally, the expert should have experience in developing and implementing evidence-based interventions for companies in the industrial or health sectors, through health and safety programs. This includes the translation of scientific knowledge into tailored interventions for employees and management, such as shift work lifestyle training, personalized health interventions, maturity indices to optimize organizational policies, and practical guidelines for fatigue management.
The candidate's profile combines:
- Extensive field experience with 24/7 companies and shift workers in different industrial contexts.
- Strong scientific background and track record in bridging science and practice, ensuring that research results are transformed into concrete tools, recommendations, and business strategies.
- Expertise in ESG/CSRD-related sustainability frameworks, enabling organizations to embed health and safety interventions in their long-term strategies and reporting obligations.
- Proven ability in co-creation with both employees and management, ensuring that solutions are context-specific, feasible, and effective.
This profile ensures that the outputs of the more data driven work packages in the project can be transformed into a practical, user-centered eHandbook and complementary digital applications, maximizing the impact and uptake of the project results across Europe's 24/7 workforce.
